Position: Lead Network Administrator We invite a proactive and capable Lead Network Administrator to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Responsibilities Include: Ensure compliance with data protection laws, IT audit standards, and governance frameworks. Evaluate and recommend technology modernisation initiatives to strengthen the IT landscape. Monitor system performance and availability through proactive incident management. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and end-user systems. Manage IT security controls including firewalls, access management, and vulnerability patching. Lead infrastructure upgrade programmes including server refresh and network redesign. Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and service delivery for hardware and managed services. Deliver IT literacy training and security awareness programmes to end users. Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions.
