Position: IT Service Performance Manager We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented IT Service Performance Manager to deliver excellence across key functions. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Deliver IT literacy training and security awareness programmes to end users. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and end-user systems. Assess technology needs and deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions across business units. Develop and maintain IT documentation, configuration management, and asset inventory. Evaluate and recommend technology modernisation initiatives to strengthen the IT landscape. Design, implement, and manage on-premise and cloud-based network and server environments. Monitor system performance and availability through proactive incident management. Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and service delivery for hardware and managed services. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
