Build security awareness programmes and conduct periodic phishing and vulnerability simulations. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, BCP documentation, and RTO/RPO targets. Architect and manage hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Partner with application teams on infrastructure scalability, resilience, and cost optimisation. Develop IT governance frameworks aligned to ISO 27001 and NIST guidelines. Essential Skills and Experience: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
