Define and enforce IT security policies, zero-trust architecture, and ITSM best practices. Develop IT governance frameworks aligned to ISO 27001 and NIST guidelines. Implement automation across IT operations to reduce manual effort and improve reliability. Architect and manage hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Build security awareness programmes and conduct periodic phishing and vulnerability simulations. Essential Skills and Experience: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
