Lead infrastructure upgrade programmes including server refresh and network redesign. Evaluate and recommend technology modernisation initiatives to strengthen the IT landscape. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and end-user systems. Ensure compliance with data protection laws, IT audit standards, and governance frameworks. Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and service delivery for hardware and managed services. Develop and maintain IT documentation, configuration management, and asset inventory. Minimum Qualifications: Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
