Position: Cloud Engineer (all levels) We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Cloud Engineer (all levels) to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead infrastructure upgrade programmes including server refresh and network redesign. Manage IT security controls including firewalls, access management, and vulnerability patching. Deploy and administer enterprise applications, ERP platforms, and integration middleware. Design, implement, and manage on-premise and cloud-based network and server environments. Assess technology needs and deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions across business units. Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and service delivery for hardware and managed services. Monitor system performance and availability through proactive incident management. Ensure compliance with data protection laws, IT audit standards, and governance frameworks. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
