Role Responsibilities: Develop IT governance frameworks aligned to ISO 27001 and NIST guidelines. Define and enforce IT security policies, zero-trust architecture, and ITSM best practices. Report IT risk, compliance posture, and infrastructure health to senior leadership. Architect and manage hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Oversee SOC operations, threat intelligence, and incident response for cybersecurity events. Partner with application teams on infrastructure scalability, resilience, and cost optimisation. Build security awareness programmes and conduct periodic phishing and vulnerability simulations. Implement automation across IT operations to reduce manual effort and improve reliability. Education and Experience Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
