Position: Senior Solution Architect We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Solution Architect to deliver excellence across key functions. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and recommend technology modernisation initiatives to strengthen the IT landscape. Develop and maintain IT documentation, configuration management, and asset inventory. Deploy and administer enterprise applications, ERP platforms, and integration middleware. Monitor system performance and availability through proactive incident management. Ensure compliance with data protection laws, IT audit standards, and governance frameworks. Design, implement, and manage on-premise and cloud-based network and server environments. Lead infrastructure upgrade programmes including server refresh and network redesign. Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and service delivery for hardware and managed services. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
