Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Develop IT governance frameworks aligned to ISO 27001 and NIST guidelines. Build security awareness programmes and conduct periodic phishing and vulnerability simulations. Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and self-service IT deployment. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, BCP documentation, and RTO/RPO targets. Drive adoption of ITIL service management practices to improve IT quality and efficiency. Manage the IT budget, capex planning, and vendor negotiations for cost efficiency. Architect and manage hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Oversee SOC operations, threat intelligence, and incident response for cybersecurity events. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
