Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and service delivery for hardware and managed services. Lead infrastructure upgrade programmes including server refresh and network redesign. Design, implement, and manage on-premise and cloud-based network and server environments. Deploy and administer enterprise applications, ERP platforms, and integration middleware. Monitor system performance and availability through proactive incident management. Assess technology needs and deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions across business units. Skills and Qualifications: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
