Position: Dynamics GP and NAV / Junior Developer / Helpdesk support An exciting career opportunity exists for a motivated Dynamics GP and NAV / Junior Developer / Helpdesk support to advance their professional journey. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Develop IT governance frameworks aligned to ISO 27001 and NIST guidelines. Manage the IT budget, capex planning, and vendor negotiations for cost efficiency. Define and enforce IT security policies, zero-trust architecture, and ITSM best practices. Architect and manage hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Build security awareness programmes and conduct periodic phishing and vulnerability simulations. Implement automation across IT operations to reduce manual effort and improve reliability. Oversee SOC operations, threat intelligence, and incident response for cybersecurity events. Drive adoption of ITIL service management practices to improve IT quality and efficiency. Required Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly.
