Scope of Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and end-user systems. Lead infrastructure upgrade programmes including server refresh and network redesign. Evaluate and recommend technology modernisation initiatives to strengthen the IT landscape. Monitor system performance and availability through proactive incident management. Assess technology needs and deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions across business units. Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and service delivery for hardware and managed services. Deploy and administer enterprise applications, ERP platforms, and integration middleware. Develop and maintain IT documentation, configuration management, and asset inventory. Competencies and Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting.
