Main Accountabilities: Build security awareness programmes and conduct periodic phishing and vulnerability simulations. Partner with application teams on infrastructure scalability, resilience, and cost optimisation. Oversee SOC operations, threat intelligence, and incident response for cybersecurity events. Manage the IT budget, capex planning, and vendor negotiations for cost efficiency. Drive adoption of ITIL service management practices to improve IT quality and efficiency. Architect and manage hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and self-service IT deployment. Define and enforce IT security policies, zero-trust architecture, and ITSM best practices. Essential Skills and Experience: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure are highly desirable.
