Duties and Accountabilities: Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Key Skills and Qualifications: Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
