Position: Learning and Development Specialist An exciting career opportunity exists for a motivated Learning and Development Specialist to advance their professional journey. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
