Position: Learning and Development Specialist A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, cross-functional team in a results-oriented culture. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
