Position: Human Resources Intern We invite a proactive and capable Human Resources Intern to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Responsibilities Include: Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Skills and Qualifications: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
