Position: Director, Human Resources We invite a proactive and capable Director, Human Resources to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. The organisation fosters a culture of continuous learning, development, and shared organisational accountability. Core Responsibilities: Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
