Position: Human Resources - Generalist A distinguished opportunity awaits a seasoned Human Resources - Generalist within our progressive, innovation-led organisation. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
