Position: Director of Human Resources We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Human Resources to deliver excellence across key functions. Duties and Accountabilities: Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Key Skills and Qualifications: Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
