Position: Manager I, Human Resources Join our forward-thinking team as a Manager I, Human Resources and play a pivotal role in our continued success. Main Accountabilities: Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Essential Skills and Experience: Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
