Position: HRIS Talent Management Specialist We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated HRIS Talent Management Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. The candidate will join a globally connected team that prizes diverse perspectives and operational excellence. Core Responsibilities: Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Minimum Qualifications: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
