Position: Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
