Position: Manager, Diversity & Inclusion An exciting career opportunity exists for a motivated Manager, Diversity & Inclusion to advance their professional journey. This role provides exposure to strategic initiatives and direct collaboration with senior leadership. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Professional Requirements: A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
