Position: Human Resources (HR) Coordinator A distinguished opportunity awaits a seasoned Human Resources (HR) Coordinator within our progressive, innovation-led organisation. Role Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Education and Experience Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
