Position: Director, Employee Relations & HR Compliance - Los Angeles, CA We are expanding our team and seek a driven Director, Employee Relations & HR Compliance - Los Angeles, CA who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, high-performance environment committed to excellence. Responsibilities Include: Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
