Position: Human Resources Rep We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Human Resources Rep to deliver excellence across key functions. Core Responsibilities: Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
