Position: Manager, HR Service Center Join our forward-thinking team as a Manager, HR Service Center and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This position is embedded within a high-functioning team that prizes collaboration, innovation, and quality. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
