Position: Human Resources Specialist An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Human Resources Specialist to contribute to our mission. Key Responsibilities: Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
