Position: Human Resources Administrator A compelling career opportunity exists for a skilled Human Resources Administrator to drive meaningful impact. Duties and Accountabilities: Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Key Skills and Qualifications: Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
