Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
