Position: Jr. Talent Manager We invite a proactive and capable Jr. Talent Manager to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
