Position: Human Resources Managing Coordinator Our firm seeks a competent and professional Human Resources Managing Coordinator for a critical role in a high-performance environment. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Essential Skills and Experience: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
