Position: Human Resources Administrator We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to deliver excellence across key functions. The organisation fosters a culture of continuous learning, development, and shared organisational accountability. Scope of Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
