This role provides exposure to strategic initiatives and direct collaboration with senior leadership. Role Responsibilities: Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
