Position: HR Coordinator We are currently recruiting a results-oriented HR Coordinator to strengthen our high-performing team. Principal Responsibilities: Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Candidate Requirements: Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
