Position: HR Operations PMO - Project Management, Systems and Process Our organisation invites applications from accomplished professionals for the role of HR Operations PMO - Project Management, Systems and Process. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
