Position: Talent Acquisition Partner - Finance We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Talent Acquisition Partner - Finance to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Duties and Accountabilities: Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Key Skills and Qualifications: Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
