Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Key Skills and Qualifications: Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
