Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Partner with external vendors, staffing agencies, and background verification providers. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Education and Experience Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
