Position: Dir - HR - SOH Human Resources A distinguished opportunity awaits a seasoned Dir - HR - SOH Human Resources within our progressive, innovation-led organisation. Principal Responsibilities: Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Candidate Requirements: Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
