Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance.
