Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Essential Skills and Experience: 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
