Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
