Position: Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Design competency frameworks, career ladders, and succession planning for critical roles. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Prepare and present HR analytics reports, dashboards, and people insights to leadership. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
