Position: Human Resources Generalist We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Human Resources Generalist to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
