Position: HR File Clerk We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused HR File Clerk to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Duties and Accountabilities: Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Key Skills and Qualifications: Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
