Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and translate insights into engagement plans. Essential Skills and Experience: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
