Role Responsibilities: Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs for legal compliance. Drive workforce planning and headcount forecasting in alignment with business growth. Develop the employer brand through social media, referrals, and industry networking. Manage HRBP responsibilities including ER, PIP, and grievance handling for business units. Lead talent acquisition drives, campus hiring, and lateral recruitment campaigns. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to goals. Support HR digitalisation initiatives and HRIS implementation and optimisation projects. Manage learning management systems and digital learning content delivery platforms. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
