Responsibilities Include: Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
