Position: VICE PRESIDENT, DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented VICE PRESIDENT, DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION to deliver excellence across key functions. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Core Responsibilities: Oversee onboarding programmes for an engaging and structured new-hire experience. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Minimum Qualifications: Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
