Position: Director, Human Resources An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Director, Human Resources to contribute to our mission. Key Responsibilities: Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Support L&D initiatives including training needs analysis and programme delivery. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with finance teams. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Qualifications and Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
